Years ago, Mrs. Riddell commissioned a desk at which she could stand to grade papers and accomplish other school related tasks. Four years later, the table was commissioned to hold the desk at just the right height and to offer a little extra storage space. Each leg and the rails and the stretchers have a simple scratch bead.
