Designed to fit a particular space, this table is made of beautifully colored Walnut, which I harvested and air dried. The legs have a cuff banding near the bottom and then acorns and oak leaves higher up. At the top of the legs are inlaid a paterae made of many individual pieces. The short rails have a banding at the bottom of the rails. The top and legs also have a Holly stringing that was inlaid by creating the groove with a scratchstock. The top corners reinforce the leaf and acorn motif with more inlay. All inlay was sand-shaded to create a three dimensional appearance.
