Designed to match a previous commission of two nightstands, this chest of drawers is built with highly figured Tiger Maple. The feet, to be as strong as possible on such a large piece, are joined with blind mitred dovetails. The drawers have a scratch bead on them, and all dividers are dovetailed to the case. All moldings were created with period molding planes for a truly authentic period look.
