Seeing a similar, but much smaller shelf on display at the Waterford Fair in Virginia, a couple commissioned two shelves much larger than what they had seen in my booth, but of slightly different design. Each shelf would serve its own purpose in different rooms in their house. Both had two plate grooves for display and the one is to have hooks attached, supplied by the owners.
