After having moved, the Goode family contacted me about a specific space in their new house that needed a certain kind of furniture. We discussed size and wood species, as well as other design elements. I made a visit to their home to see the space and to see other pieces of furniture which they owned and really liked. This was important so that I could understand what syles, finished, and aesthetics they liked. Through the process, I made a scale sketch of the piece, which they saw and approved, and I made some finish samples for them to choose from. This Walnut cabinet is the result of our design process. It has two frame and panel doors below, and one above with historic glass panes divided by mullions and muntins. Inside the two lower doors are adjustable shelves.
