Pictured on the inside cover of a "Craftsman Auction" catalogue was an original Stickley bookcase that captured my attention.  I built this bookcase as a reproduction of that piece. It features dovetails to join the case, mortise and tenon joinery for the door and through tenons for the lower aprons. The bookcase is made of quarter sawn White Oak and the shelves and backboards are also solid oak. The finish is oil and wax. The leaded glass came from the experts, Jim and Vicky Rocker, at Glass Illusions.  This bookcase would proudly display the finest literature and collectables in anyone's possession.
