Based on a famous original by Thomas Seymour, this commission features carved Mahogany columns, Bird's Eye Maple veneered drawers, and a top that is veneered with radiating Crotch Cedar and also features various bandings and stringings. The semi circle at the back of the top is the accomplishment of John Penniman, and will be reproduced by Marlene Coble.
